• Do You Offer Residential and Commercial Services?

  Residential only. However, even though we don’t handle commercial work directly here, our sister company does! You can visit Roman Home Services Co. or call (262) 558-5611 for commercial services.
• Do You Offer 24/7 Emergency Services?

  Yes, we do! If you experience an emergency after hours, call our emergency hotline and we’ll send out a technician as quickly as possible:(262) 558-5611.

• Are You Licensed, Bonded, and Insured?

  Yes, we are licensed, bonded and insured for your comfort, safety, and peace of mind!

• Do You Offer Flat-Rate Pricing or Hourly?

  We offer flat-rate, upfront pricing! We will estimate the total cost before the work begins. Don’t worry about any hidden fees or hourly rates!

• Can I Schedule Multiple Jobs in One Call?

  Yes, absolutely! We have licensed electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians on our team, so we can take care of all your home service needs. If you have multiple jobs—say, a plumbing issue and an HVAC need—we’ll coordinate the scheduling to make it as seamless and convenient as possible.

• Do You Offer Any Maintenance Plans or Service Agreements?

  Yes, we have three plans! A standard Home Protection Plan, a Home Protection Plan for Veterans, and a Generator Protection Plan. These plans offer several benefits, such as big discounts on service, priority service, exclusive specials, and more!
• What Areas Do You Serve?

  At Roman Home Services, we’ve been serving the Southeastern Wisconsin community for nearly a century. From Lake Geneva to Milwaukee and everywhere in between, we’re your trusted partner for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services. Not sure if you’re in our service area? If your home has a 262 or 414 area code, there’s a good chance we’ve got you covered!

  We proudly serve a wide area across Southeast Wisconsin—stretching as far north as Cedarburg, west to Oconomowoc, south to Kenosha, and southeast to Lake Geneva. If you’re located within these boundaries, chances are we’ve worked in your neighborhood!

• Are There Financing Options?

  We do proudly offer financing options! We know that home services (electrical, HVAC, and plumbing) can be expensive and unexpected. You can view our financing options here and apply.
• Do I Need to Be Present During the Job?

  We do recommend the decision maker is home so our team can address any questions or concerns you may have. If there’s any issues with this, though, please let us know prior to your appointment and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
• What If I’m Not Happy With My Service?

  Your happiness and satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a Service Satisfaction Commitment. This means if you’re not 100% satisfied with your service, we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
